Customer Service Representative
Description:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer support by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for customers and will work closely with various departments to deliver high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
+ Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
+ Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
+ Provide product and service information to customers.
+ Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
+ Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate with team members to integrate and optimize the Label Traxx system, ensuring smooth transition and efficient operation within the organization.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
+ 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
+ Must be tech savvy, proficient in MS Office, databases systems, and Customer Service Software.
+ Label Traxx experience preferred.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office and customer service software.
+ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Team player with a positive attitude
