We are recruiting an Driver for a renowned client in Bladensburg, MD, known as an premier distributor of specialized construction products.
Position Summary:
The Driver will be responsible for delivering glass, mirror, plastics, glazing supplies and various related building products to our clients. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours+ a week.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Carefully loading/unloading the truck with the help of the warehouse team and/or the client personnel.
Delivering products to clients in a radius of up to 120 miles from our facility in Bladensburg, MD (including but not limited to VA, PA, DE, etc...).
Adhering to all traffic laws while out for deliveries.
Opportunity to learn use of company crane for added compensation (if interested/able).
Ad hoc additional duties as required.
Qualifications: Valid driver's license.
DOT Medical card (or ability to pass test to obtain).
Ability to pass a drug test.
Dependability is a must.
Compensation and Perks: Hourly rate between $16-$18/hour, commensurate with experience.
