Overview of the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator for Youth and Family Programs will focus on promoting and enhancing the visibility of our extensive range of programs, including Camp Keff, PJCC Preschool, and the Treehouse after school program. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing campaigns that engage families, drive enrollment, and build a strong community presence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for youth and family programs.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the PJCC website.
Collaborate with program directors and the youth leadership team to highlight unique aspects of each program and communicate benefits to prospective families.
Coordinate and manage marketing events such as open houses and community fairs to promote youth and family programs.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring consistency with PJCC branding guidelines.
Support the development of program brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
Engage with current and prospective families through regular communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing colleagues and the CMO to align marketing efforts with overall PJCC strategies.
Manage and optimize the use of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure PJCC's marketing remains innovative and effective.

Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse community.
Familiarity with Jewish culture and traditions is preferred but not required.
