About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Branded Cards and CRS Control Testing Leader to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end monitoring and testing of operational controls, including design, execution, results reporting, and insight sharing. This role requires a subject matter expert with an excellent understanding of control testing, MCA frameworks, and the ability to adapt the latest trends in controls testing. The VP will be an execution-oriented individual, accountable for significant control testing results, and will play a key role in training and supporting the central execution team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills are essential, as the position involves significant interaction with internal stakeholders and occasional external customers.Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 5 years' of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years' in risk and controls roles. The role demands an independent thinker with the ability to challenge business processes and drive continuous improvement. The VP will be expected to maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders, drive accountability, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Strong leadership, relationship management, and the ability to work effectively in virtual teams are also key qualifications for this position. The role is pivotal in safeguarding the company's reputation and assets, and the successful candidate will be at the forefront of operational risk management and control testing.
