LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity with our client in Central Illinois!

The candidate requirements are:
Must have 5+ years of experience with the following:
Experience as a Data Engineer
Writing complex SQL Queries
Data Mapping from Source to Target
Validation of data
Involvement in cross division data projects and programs
Experience with ETL tools (Informatica is a big plus)
Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures
Using data mining to extract information from large/complex data sets and identify correlations and patterns
Performing statistical analysis of data
Using advanced tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
Preparing reports and presenting these to leadership or stakeholders
Managing Master data, including creation, updates and deletion
Managing user and user roles
Commissioning and decommissioning of data
Identifying and recommending new ways to streamlining business processes
Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data
Supporting data integrity and normalization
Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
