As our Superintendent , you will be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with a talented team to deliver exceptional results. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
Project Coordination Mastery: You'll be instrumental in updating and analyzing project schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and our project management team. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that daily production rates align with our ambitious project timelines.
Safety Champion: Safety is our top priority, and you'll lead the charge in implementing and managing our robust safety program. From managing OSHA inspections to conducting morning huddles focused on safety, you'll create a culture of excellence where every team member feels secure.
