About the Role
The Company, a real-time database software provider for global enterprises, is seeking an experienced VP of Operations to lead strategic and tactical aspects of data operations, including sales operations, marketing operations, and overall business instrumentation. This high-impact role requires a strategic, metrics-driven operations expert with a "here to build" mindset, who will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive data strategy, overseeing the operations of the entire organization with a focus on go-to-market functions, and bringing sales and revenue operations best practices to a rapidly growing sales organization. Additionally, the role involves managing teams to implement tools and systems that scale the company operationally and ensure data-driven decision-making.Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, business operations, or data analytics, and a proven track record of translating data into actionable insights. Strong analytical skills, experience with sales automation systems, and a deep understanding of subscription and consumption business models are essential. The role also requires a BA/BS degree in a business-oriented, finance, mathematics, or related field, and management experience in people, project, and systems management. The ideal candidate will have a "player coach" mentality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and drive change across functional and business boundaries.
