Job Description
As our Project Manager, you'll report to the Director of Project Management, and will manage all aspects of assigned projects and related processes to effectively execute our client's timelines, goals, and budgets. You'll collaborate with design teams, opera;ons teams, internal partners, and vendors to ensure projects are executed to our client's specifications and quality standards. You'll be responsible for driving project schedules and communications, meeting cadence, and execution of deliverables. You'll also need to organize, record, and maintain all project-specific development/production documentation and specifications for integration into brand standards. You'll accomplish this by leveraging project management best practices and tools while improving overall workflow, communication, and processes.
Driving the team to deliverables and benchmark dates.
Setting agendas, leading cross-func;onal mee;ngs, and driving cross-func;onal alignment and communication.
Setting up key leadership and partnership alignment checkpoints.
Project managing multiple workstreams at once and keeping project trackers updated.
Providing detailed project tracking reports and identifying key deliverables and timelines for the team.
Owning relationships with vendors and setting up internal meetings and design reviews.
Partnering with other stakeholders to drive the work forward.
Supporting the evolution of our client's marketing business; at the macro and micro levels, aiding in developing global concepts, programs, and project work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Design.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management in an agency or large corporate selling
Additional two years of experience in lieu of degree.
Confident knowledge of consumer culture
Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Proficiency with project management tools, Smartsheets & Airtable preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for planning and opera;ons (and project management)
Ability to see around the corners and troubleshoot potential timeline conflicts ahead.
Ability to bring multiple stakeholders with differing points of view together and drive toward an end output.
Capable of working in ambiguity and establishing and maintaining strong relationships within a matrix organization
Both Retail and Digital experiences are preferred.
Must be available to work 4 days onsite in Beaverton, OR (Monday-Thursday), remote on Friday.
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
