Join our Information Technology team as an Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) System Manager where you will optimize the ERP system to meet organizational needs, enhance overall operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful integration of PeopleSoft with other applications, with a particular focus on the human capital, benefits, payroll, accounts payable, general ledger, expense, and treasury modules.

Who You Are: Strong understanding of HR and financial business processes and compliance requirements. Experience managing all functionality related to the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system as well as experience in implementing top-tier ERP solutions such as Workday. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven project management and leadership capabilities. Flexible with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related functionaldiscipline. Must have work experience within HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Finance*Five or more years' experience working with PeopleSoft or Workday, with expertise in humancapital, benefits, payroll, accounts payable, general ledger, expense, and treasury modules.
