CSA is seeking a Facility Inventory Management Analyst with experience working in a warehouse/inventory management environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Creation of LICNs, as necessary
+ Receives shipments and process equipment transfers into Navy ERP system (i.e. equipment from labs, staging facility, government contractors, returned assets from fleet, etc.) Properly fills out Material Issue/disposal requests for Air Force (BLDG 572) dispositioning when issuing equipment and receiving equipment
+ Maintains up-to-date knowledge of items stored within B572 and Hanger 6 warehouses. Able to run reports upon request
+ Monitor inventory and provide status as required
+ Communicates with engineers to determine availability of replacements parts for broken items
+ As part of PSA planning, direct on-ship personnel to remove, pack and ship parts to NAWCAD LKE as required by Engineering
+ Fills out DD-1149's for shipments
+ Provides Tracking Numbers to all parties involved
+ Confirms APLs/NIINs are reflected appropriately for fleet to requisition equipment
+ Receives requisition/CASREP/backorder requests from NAVSUP/DLA. Works with said parties to determine if needed for NAVAIR Support Equipment (SE)
+ Works directly with NAVSUP/DLA to get fleet requisitions sourced to LKE plant for items located at LKE
**Qualifications**
+ 1+ years of experience as a Logistician
+ Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external organizations and activities
+ Strong analytical and teaming skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
