Candidates are not afraid to act as influencers and be on camera, produce their own content, videos, etc. • Managing social media programs by creating and posting engaging organic as well as user-generated content utilizing blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. • Familiarity with running social media advertising (Facebook) and search engine advertising (Google) campaigns. • Supervising the creative production of assets such as online ads, videos and other graphics. Occasional website updates and editing. • Plan, develop, and oversee the execution of the customer rewards and influencer programs. • Collaborates internally and with outside agencies and virtual assistants to approve creative designs and evaluate success metrics. • Monitor the progress of ongoing promotions and marketing campaigns, and report on the effectiveness of the company’s marketing initiatives. • Ensures goals and project milestones are met and are adhering to approved budgets. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Knowledge of eCommerce and marketing technologies such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Lifetimely, Yotpo and Google Analytics are highly desired. • Expertise in acting as an influencer across multiple social media channels. • 3+ years of experience in managing projects within digital marketing environments. • Experience as an individual contributor as well as leading local and/or virtual teams is preferred. • Knowledge of professional sports, teams and athletes is a plus. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content tailored to different platforms and target audiences. • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform digital marketing strategies and decision-making. • Proven ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce.
