**General Summary**:
The Customer Experienced Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department. The manager will be responsible with communicating with the customer service representatives about customer service objectives, compiling data to analyze the departments progress, and coordinate with upper management to seek for ways to improve their customer service objectives among their employees.
- Oversees the daily operations of the customer service department.
- Research current or latest industry trends and techniques.
- Creates new objectives and communicates it with their employees.
- Creates a reliable customer loyalty program.
- Creates customer services programs to better serve our customers.
- Interacts with customers and handles complaints.
- Maintaining relationships with profitable customers.
- Running weekly reports and surveys on the departments progress.
- Coordinates weekly meetings with their employees to go over the weekly objectives.

**Knowledge and Abilities**:
10 years of Customer Service Experience
5 years of experience in managerial or supervision
5 years of Supermarket experience
