Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Dealer Marketing Administrator to join our growing Customer Experience team. This role will bridge the gap between our Marketing, Customer Experience and Sales teams in the Americas. This role is perfect for a creative and strategic thinker who has experience across multiple social media platforms and is passionate about electric mobility, engaging with communities, and enhancing customer and dealer relationships
across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments in assigned social platforms and groups.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to gauge success and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Work closely with the Customer Experience team to gather insights and feedback from social media interactions, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Create support cases to support customer concerns and assign them internally for follow up by the CX and externally to dealer partners.
• Lead the full life cycle of dealer point of purchase marketing materials from conception to distribution.
• Become a product expert to be a front-line responder to consumer questions online, in email and at events. • Ability to travel to events, capturing and sharing live content, and engaging with our community in real-time.
• Take charge of organizing dealer communication channels including newsletters, dealer portal updates and dealer meetings both online and in person.

Physical & Sensory Requirements
• Must be able to work various hours that may include day and night
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors when necessary
• Must be able to travel up to 20%
The salary range for this position is between $75K - $85Kdepending on location and experience
