With a heightened focus on selling and delivering legal support services in a rapidly changing legal industry, Rapid Legal needs a proven account manager to help deliver on this growth. The Position Rapid Legal seeks an experienced account manager with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in selling cloud solutions and legal support services to law firms and insurance companies. The account manager must excel at all aspects of selling, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management. The accounts will be a blend of existing clients with additional revenue opportunities and new law firm accounts and insurance companies which need to be developed and closed. Services to sell include eFiling, physical court filing and service of process, all executed through the LegalConnect platform. In addition to the salary range listed, the position also includes a Sales Bonus (commission) opportunity based on performance. Responsibilities The Account Manager’s additional responsibilities include: Effectively engage in Rapid Legal’s sales process and communicate Rapid Legal’s products and services value proposition.
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction with existing clients. Cross-sell additional services to established customer relationships. Constantly managing customer relationships and expectations during this process.
Market development and qualification of new opportunities and clients.
Creation of tailored value proposition and ROI presentations and demos.
Preparing detailed and timely sales reports and updates utilizing Salesforce.
Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied reference customers.
Organizing and leading day-to-day activities that are required to ensure timely and accurate response times to internal and external customers.
Collaborating with Rapid Legal personnel throughout the sales process.
Desired Skills and Experience At least 5 years of account management and/or sales experience selling software, cloud solutions, and legal services to lawyers, legal administrators, and legal secretaries.
Account planning and execution skills.
Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of individuals.
Team first attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as the enthusiasm needed to champion products and the company.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Understanding of the legal industry, legal support services, and cloud computing.
Experience using Salesforce.com, web conferencing systems, and MS Office Suite.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Travel
This position requires 50% travel for trade shows or customer meetings in your designated territory.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
