NOW HIRING: ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER / GCExperience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.Thruway Builders is looking for an experienced, highly organized Estimator / Project Manager to join our team.We are seeking a construction professional who can manage projects from initial estimate through completion, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive construction estimates and bidsReview plans, specifications, scopes of work, and bid documentsDevelop project budgets, schedules, and procurement plansCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and project logisticsManage projects from pre-construction through closeoutTrack project costs, change orders, schedules, and profitabilityConduct site visits and monitor project progressCommunicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and managementIdentify project risks and develop solutions before they impact schedule or budgetMaintain project documentation and ensure contractual requirements are metHelp ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standardsIdeal CandidateProven experience in construction estimating and project managementStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, labor, and subcontractor pricingAbility to read and interpret architectural and construction drawingsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with construction estimating/project-management softwareAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a strong understanding of project profitability xhyhwjd What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who doesn't just estimate jobs or manage projects—we want someone who understands the entire business cycle:Estimate ?
