Job Description

Overview The Finance Practice Group advises financial institutions, private credit funds, and private equity sponsors on a wide range of complex finance transactions.

The role offers direct client contact and substantial opportunities for business development.

Responsibilities include executing finance transactions, particularly acquisition financings, and drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related closing documentation.

Experience with lender-side and/or borrower-side leveraged finance is considered a plus.

Candidates with eight or more years of relevant experience may be considered for a Special Counsel level, commensurate with their qualifications.
