Daily Responsibilities for Executive Director – Senior Living:
The ED will oversee and manage the Healthcare facility alongside a team of directors with a goal of driving occupancy, improving quality of care, and growing and developing staff
This role will participate in budgeting, team building, implementing compliance and procedures, and surveys
Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm
Required Qualifications for Executive Director – Senior Living:
Bachelors Degree (may be flexible based on relevant years of experience)
5+ Years in leadership in operations
Experience with Assisted Living / Memory Care
RCFE license
Proven success in driving results
