As part of a lean engineering team, you will be responsible for CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, infrastructure as code, and strict adherence to enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001). This is a role for an engineer who loves autonomy, solving high-concurrency challenges, and keeping systems rock-solid.Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).CI/CD Optimization: Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software releases.Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor robust security controls, automated vulnerability scanning, and access policies aligned with SOC2 and data protection laws.Monitoring & Reliability: Maintain logging, APM, and alerting systems (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) to maximize system uptime and incident response efficiency.Cost & Performance Optimization: Continuously audit cloud usage, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure spend.Requirements:Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in cloud-native SaaS environments.Technical Expertise: Advanced experience with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Security Mindset: Strong understanding of network security, IAM roles, encryption standards, and compliance frameworks.Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills under operational pressure with an automation-first mindset.Join our talented group and embark on an inspiring journey with us.
