HYBRID in Atlanta: Project Manager for Analytical (Excel) Projects, 1yr C2C, $48/hr.
-Must be proficient in use of MS Office products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). SAP/SQL/SAS/Hyperion knowledge is not a requirement but is a plus. Advanced Excel knowledge also a plus
-Minimum of three years of experience with project management and analytical projects
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or other related analytical field is required; experience in an analytical/reporting role a plus
-Requires the ability to be detailed oriented and execution focused
-Requires good project management skillset
-Requires the ability to analyze and convert large amounts of data into meaningful, useful results, while recognizing and highlighting key issues that merit further discussion with leadership
-The individual must have the ability to quickly learn potentially unfamiliar topics, manage priorities to ensure project deadlines are met, and establish and maintain relationships with peers and vendors
-Must possess strong technical, project management, mathematical, organization, decision-making and administrative skills, and be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
-Strong oral and written communication skills required
This position supports product launches and the off-grid program (snacks, beverages) in the On-Board Services department. Areas of emphasis include project management of launches of assets and off-grid items as well as assistance on data analysis surrounding order quantities, product consumption, and seasonality.
-Work with Product Team to understand launch requirements and establish launch plans for the Logistics Team. Support the New Product Introduction Team as needed
-Launch plans include, for example: establishing deliverable milestones; estimating launch and replenishment quantities; devising phase out plan for current items; estimating station targets
-Ensure timelines are met by the various teams involved in the launch
-Support analytical projects related to launches as needed, such as setting up targets for new and seasonal stations
-Establishing reporting and metrics. Ensure supply continuity of the items under the off-grid program
-Ensure new and seasonal stations have adequate stock for start-ups and re-starts.
