The Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing and promotion of brands and events within MJH Life Sciences. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will provide direction and guidance to a team of Marketing Coordinators and an Associate Marketing Managers. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will create and manage strategic and tactical marketing plans that span our B2C /B2B market, using an integrated and omni-channel approach to build brand awareness and audience generation for events, lead generation programs, webinar registrations and overall audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage detailed marketing tactical plans and campaigns used to amplify brands and grow audiences for live events
Work directly with the Marketing Coordinators and franchise stakeholders from across departments such as editorial, project management, business development, creative/design, and events teams
Provide direction and guidance to Marketing Coordinators
Report campaign and recruitment performance to Senior Marketing Manager
Ensure that all marketing deliverables are executed according to marketing plans and timelines. Campaigns include: direct mail, email blasts, internal and external advertising (print and digital), marketing partnerships, telemarketing, social media and SEM
Manage the attendee invitation/recruitment process for paying and non-paid conferences and events
Create copy for all marketing collateral to ensure that positioning and branding are relevant to target audiences
Brief in marketing collateral into the creative team, routing assets for approval of various stakeholders
Develop and manage marketing budgets and oversee contracts with vendors
Track and provide weekly reports on current registration metrics and other marketing campaign results
Manage the digital marketing strategy/SEM used to promote programs
Create and manage marketing team social media calendars for relevant franchises
Create and distribute marketing summary reports to key franchise stakeholder

General understanding of the healthcare space concerning the relationship among pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and media companies is a definite plus
3+ years of experience in a similarly structured role
Bachelor's Degree
