Oversee the tax department and ensure all tax-related activities and deadlines are met
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service
Manage and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and non-profit organizations
Conduct tax research and analysis to address complex tax issues during client engagements
Collaborate with clients to identify tax planning opportunities
Supervise, coach, and mentor team members
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality within the firm
Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred
At least 3 years of tax experience, with a strong background in public accounting
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong task prioritization and deadline management skills
Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools
