Digital Strategy Research Analyst

San Francisco, CA, United States

This is a hybrid role located in Los Angeles or Austin. Monday/Friday, remote; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, onsite.

Join our Strategy team within the Digital Experiences and Merchandising group. We are seeking a Research Analyst to support new digital platforms and the client by conducting research and analysis in the marketplaces and social commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Evaluation: Monitor and evaluatecustomer experience and behavior.

Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional (XF) team members and leaders to manage various strategies and initiatives.

Data Analysis: Work with the Analytics Team to transform large datasets into meaningful insights, building a coherent narrative for executive audiences.

Required Attributes

Problem Solver: Focus on finding optimal solutions for various challenges.

Adaptable: Make quick, pragmatic decisions with limited information.

Collaborative: Work closely with XF teams to coordinate and manage projects.

Desired Skills

Analytics & Presentation: Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and Keynote.

Storytelling: Experience in crafting narratives for executive audiences.

Pattern Recognition: Ability to identify connections and patterns in data.

Effective Communication: Summarize information clearly without losing key details.

Experience

5+ years in Strategy or Business Operations functions, or

MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Strategy: Develop end-to-end digital strategies for online shopping by analyzing large data sets to extract insights and identify patterns.

Analysis: Strong qualitative and quantitative skills to organize and present data using Excel, Tableau, and Keynote.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75 to $80/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
