Opportunity at a Glance
The Content Management Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Training and Development function, shaping the knowledge and skills of our medical and veterinary school enrollment and admissions teams. This individual will create, refine, and manage engaging content that drives excellence in recruitment, interviewing, and document processing. Working closely with the Quality Assurance and Insights team, the Content Management Analyst will leverage data from across the applicant and student journey and feedback to continuously enhance training materials and drive performance improvement across our teams that impact enrollment outcomes.
Responsibilities
Knowledge Base Design and Refinement: Structure, develop, and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases tailored to the needs of admissions recruiters, interviewers, and document processing teams. Ensure content is clear, accessible, and optimized for integration with AI-supported tools.
Information Architecture: Design intuitive taxonomies, content hierarchies, and metadata structures that facilitate easy navigation and retrieval of information within training materials.
Data-Driven Content Optimization: Analyze call data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Refine content strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
User-Centered Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts (recruiters, interviewers, processors) and stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with their needs, fostering an engaging and intuitive learning experience.
Job Aid and Graphical Content Creation: Design and develop visually appealing and informative job aids, infographics, and other graphical content using tools like Figma to supplement training materials.
Strategic Content Development: Craft engaging text-based content, scripts, and potentially multimedia elements, specifically targeting the knowledge and skills required for successful recruitment, interviewing, and document processing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Insights team, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration of knowledge bases into broader training programs.
Best Practices: Stay abreast of emerging trends in information architecture, knowledge base design, adult learning principles, and AI-powered content delivery.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Information Science, or related field Required
3+ years experience in content development, instructional design, or a related field within a training and development or admissions context. Required
Expertise: Developing engaging training content, enhancing AI-supported systems through content management, and collaborating with quality assurance teams. Required
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or similar software.
Proven track record of working with data and feedback to improve training outcomes.
Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing content for adult learners, preferably in the medical or veterinary field.
Technologies: Figma, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint (or similar content management systems), Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Skills: Information Architecture, Knowledge Base Management, Content Analysis, User Experience Design, Data Analysis, Cross-Functional Collaboration, ADA Compliance, WCAG Compliance
Rapid content development and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with medical or veterinary school admissions processes.
Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., videos, interactive modules).

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $51962.00 and $93919.25. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
