Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
+ Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
+ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
+ Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
+ Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
