As one of our first Trading Operations Managers, you will manage regional operations, scaling and executing our most impactful processes and initiatives, and driving innovation in the business. You will be responsible for developing data-driven insights, creating strategies, and managing projects to improve the Cleat Street experience for our customers.
What we are looking for
We are looking for overachieving individuals with an ownership mentality who have a passion for sports and sports betting.
Education qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, economics, or accounting preferred
Professional qualifications
2+ years of professional work experience in a related field (consulting, operations, strategy, analytics, tech, investment banking)
Strong experience building and executing sophisticated processes
Excel and SQL proficiency
Strong business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions
Customer-obsessed mindset with a high energy working style and optimistic attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize with high level of attention to detail
Salary and Benefits
$84,000 - $96,000 with 50% bonus target
