This role produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Assemble and testing of Commercial Softener/Filters and Reverse Osmosis

Daily production duties to include assembly of any "builds" necessary for on-time delivery (OTD)

Accurate assembly of goods and products and crate and box them as necessary for shipping

Process and stick raw materials required to build products

Troubleshoot any abnormalities that may occur during manufacturing or assembly

Adapt to any new requirements or processes

Perform day-to-day functions: 5S Housecleaning, assembling, participation in any and all required safety training, fork lift operations, power tools and hand tools usage training

Assist other team members when needed, remain flexible and able to perform other duties as needed

EDUCATION : High School Diploma/GED or equivalent skill set

MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISON : None

QUALIFICATIONS:

Read, write, speak and understand English fluently

Basic mathematical skills

Basic Computer skills

General warehouse experience desired

Electrical wiring, plumbing and fabrication skills desired

Ability to read instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering drawings as needed to build/assemble products

All other duties as required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. This position requires the ability to move throughout the plant, office areas, and up and down stairs. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, 80 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position also required the ability to follow safety procedures including: PPE (Safety Glasses, Safety Shoes), Potential Hazards - Bending and Ergonomics - Follow correct lifting procedures.

*WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work in office environment with frequent exposure to a manufacturing/factory environment

May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
