Piedmont Plastics has an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven **Branch Manage**r to lead our successful team and grow our presence in the **Phoenix, AZ** area. We are the premier North American distributor that specializes in plastic materials for a wide gamut of industries. The **Branch Manager** position is key in maintaining and developing relationships with customers, suppliers, vendors and employees. If you are a highly motivated, self-starting, sales manager with a strong sense of team, and are looking to grow and develop as a leader, we have a home for you.

**In this position, you will be required to:**
* Manages sales and marketing systems Develops and implements written annual sales plan and marketing strategies.
* Coordinates with corporate marketing and business managers to assist with vertical integration and development of new markets.
* Develop and strengthen relationships with all current Accounts, visiting when necessary to retain and strengthen business
* Maintain and enhance product and technical knowledge in the Plastics industry
* Reviews and supervises outside sales to include proper planning, specific target accounts, maintenance accounts, prospects and sales strategy.
* Reviews and analyzes accounts regularly to maximize branch gross margin.
* Maintains, in coordination with corporate purchasing, proper inventory mix at efficient levels.
* Strives for inventory target level and turnover goals.
**An ideal candidate will possess:**
* 5 years of sales experience in plastics with a track record of exceeding assigned sales goals
* A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two year's related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in plastics, industrial distribution or graphics-related sales.
* A personal vehicle in good condition
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* A positive attitude and are a team player
