How you will make a difference:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on optimizing the B2B customer journey and enhancing the overall digital experience.
• Implement data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
• Experience managing/collaborating with UX, web dev and analytics experts
• Conduct regular analysis of user behavior, A/B testing, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead a high-performing digital marketing team, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge digital marketing technologies to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and improve conversion rates.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
What will give you an advantage:
• Proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles, with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital experience design, user experience (UX), and customer journey mapping, SEO & PPC.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing conversion rate optimization strategies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• A background that includes demand generation is strongly preferred.
