We are interviewing for Live Support Customer Service Representatives ! Our client is a rapidly expanding online retailer of consumer goods, and they’re looking for highly motivated and positive candidates with excellent communication skills.
These positions are temp-to-hire positions – employees who are hired on will be eligible for full company benefits!
Starting Pay: 20.00/HR
Location; El Segundo
Schedule : 2 shifts
1st shift: 5:30am to 2:00pm
2nd Shift : 2:00pm to 10:30pm
**Must be open to working on weekends**
***Mandatory OT***
The ideal candidate will have a background dealing with the following:
Prior Customer Service experience
Experience handling emails, texts, phone calls
Live Chat Experience is preferred but not necessary
Must be text savvy
Familiar with Microsoft teams, Google, Google workshops, Slack etc.
Bilingual a plus
