The Director, Operations (State-Wide) is a newly created postion charged with executing our state wide expansion plan ensuring milestone completion. This role utilizes operational best practices and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage the day to day operations ensuring optimal care delivery to our consumers. In addition, the role will manage clinical, non-clinical and some administrative staff.
Duties And Responsibilities
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes and procedures to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
Provides direction and oversight to the entire state-wide team.
Schedules staff to ensure proper coverage and oversees team productivity to meet expectations.
Collaborates with clinical leadership to optimize care delivery.
Collaborates with Compliance, Finance and marketing teams to drive state-wide success.
Defines policies and procedures that align with Prestige’s organizational standards.
Advises the COO of statewide needs and resolves issues related to environment of care, consumer concerns, and site surveys.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve consumer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or health related field required.
Master’s degree in health administration, public health, or business administration preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and interpretation preferred.
Demonstrated experience with patient billing – Medicaid and private insurances.
Strong ability to resolve conflicts and build trusting relationships.
Strong integrator with astute sense of urgency
Extensive experience with behavioral health (Mental health & substance use) programs/services
Operational experience and strong leadership experience
Knowledge and experience with payer mix & revenue cycle
Proven success with running profitable private health care company
Strong team building and development experience
Possess a professional network of strong referral sources, contacts, stakeholders, e.g. (Hospital, health plan, political connection, etc).
