We are seeking a Product Marketing Director with extensive B2B SaaS experience to lead our exceptional marketing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution plan for our product marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Growth, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that our products meet the needs of our target customers and remain competitive in the market.

This is a hybrid role working 2x per week in one of our office locations (Irvine, CA | Phoenix, AZ | Atlanta, GA | Akron, OH)

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement the overarching product marketing strategy, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and grow the Product Marketing team to execute against set strategies and goals.

Create and oversee comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and major updates, including target audiences, competitive analysis, and market trends.

Work closely with cross-functional leadership teams, including Brand, Growth, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to align product and marketing strategies.

Lead market research efforts to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform product and marketing strategies.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gain in-depth understanding of market needs and feedback on product offerings.

Lead pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.

PREFERRED QUALIFICIATIONS Previous experience in dental

MBA or equivalent advanced degree
