Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team, a leading tire assembly business. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products
Record and analyze inspection and test data
Identify and report non-conforming products and materials
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in quality control or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical degree or certification in quality control or a related field
