The CPU Design Verification Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Developing Pre-Silicon functional validation tests to verify CPU will meet design requirements.
Creating test plans for RTL validation, defining and running system simulation models, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests. Analyzing and uses results to modify testing.
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's in electrical engineering / computer engineering/computer science or any STEM related degree with 3+ years of Industry experience yrs. Or a master's in electrical /computer engineering
1+ years of experience in three or more of the following
Computer Architecture
System Verilog knowledge, UVM/OVM concepts, Validation concepts, Verification TB understanding
Object Oriented Programming (Python/C++)
UNIX Application

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
