JOB DESCRIPTION:
Required skill set - As an SAP EWM Consultant specialized in End-to-End User Training, you will play a pivotal role in our SAP S/4 implementation project.
You will work closely with BPR, Business teams and 3PL's to understand their business requirements and work in an advisory capacity with our IS&T Partners on configuration and setup of SAP EWM.
In addition to your technical and operational expertise, you will be responsible for ensuring that end-users are proficient in using the system effectively through the development of a comprehensive training program to support Business Teams and our 3PLs.
Change Management:
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP EWM throughout the project lifecycle working closely with the Global BPR Change Manager
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of change management plan
Manage project timelines and resources to meet stakeholder expectations
SAP EWM Implementation:
Collaborate with AppleCare BPR PMs and business SMEs to gather, analyse and implement business requirements
Provide guidance on Configuration, Customisation and Optimisation of SAP EWM solutions to align with AppleCare needs
Advise on integrating SAP EWM modules with existing systems
End-to-End User Training:
Devise a full training rollout plan for the EWM program across 20 sites globally
Develop training materials, documentation, and user manuals tailored for AppleCare-specific SAP EWM configuration
Conduct training sessions for end-users, including AppleCare & 3PL warehouse staff, supervisors, and management
Provide hands-on training to ensure users understand the system's functionality, features and best practices
Monitor and evaluate user progress, providing additional training and support as needed:
Proven experience as a SAP EWM Consultant with a focus on end-to-end user training
Operational experience using SAP EWM in a warehouse setting
In-depth knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and its integration with other SAP modules (MES would be an advantage).
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to tailor training programs to different user levels and needs
Project management experience and the ability to work in Global Cross-Functional and diverse teams
SAP certification in EWM is a plus but not a requirement
