Job Description
Capacity to manage stakeholders across different levels in complex Business & IT environments.
As Sr Leader / Manager responsibilities Analyse and evaluate CMDB and discovery technologies across a broad spectrum of modern hardware and software IT assets Establish and maintain the CMDB and discovery product roadmaps, including cross-product and cross-organizational dependencies
Liaise between business and technical chapters to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and application, product lifecycle / roadmap and have a clear view of business needs/value creation. Define CMDB and discovery current and future state user journeys and articulate product value propositions Drive continual innovation and increasing product value through research and analysis of user experience, operational results and process compliance
Act as a champion for users and their leaders to increase adoption, eliminate barriers and ensure success during release transitions Liaise between the Business and the delivery functions to ensure that these technical requirements are solutionized and implemented.
Manage the product functionality through upgrades and ensure product lineage is maintained
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering, mathematics, computer science)
Requirements
15+ years of IT Asset Management industry experience, preferably with 5 years experience in designing/managing ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM products including IT asset and configuration management, solution and implementation
Experience implementing CMDB and discovery in complex network environments 5+ years of IT product management experience
5+ years in IT, with proven experience in IT Services Management/ IT Project & BAU management.
Desired Experience
Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change mgt, etc)
Knowledge of and ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and tech-niques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multiple teams and facilitating brainstorming sessions
