What you'll do:
Own the monthly close process and bring structure/consistency to AP and AR
Lead ERP evaluation and implementation
Partner directly with executive leadership as a hands-on, business-facing leader
Manage external audit relationships and maintain audit readiness
Lead and develop a team of approximately six
What you bring:
Seasoned, hands-on Controller experience - strong US GAAP background required
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, private equity-owned, growth-stage environment
