Salary: $60,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Position Overview: LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Logistics Sales Coordinator to join our client's team in Cypress. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting our sales department.
Responsibilities:
Generate and manage quotations for products and services.
Handle accessory quoting and oversee post-sales management.
Manage and update product catalogs.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate shipping arrangements and track invoices.
Maintain and update databases (OMS/CRM) with relevant information.
Develop and send out correspondence, as well as handle telephone inquiries.
File and organize customer documents, including files, sales orders, and invoices.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Advocate for customers and ensure their needs are met effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a sales environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with database management (OMS/CRM) is a plus.
