Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Operations to lead our organization's operational strategy and execution. The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including project management, customer support, and service delivery.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute business initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Establish and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in operations leadership roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Strong understanding of cloud solutions, ERP software, and information technology.
Experience with distribution and manufacturing operations is highly desirable.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
