Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include answering phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers interested in buying a vehicle at your car dealership. In many positions, you are the first point of contact with potential customers and answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Maintain office supplies for specific location
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
