Front Desk Customer Service Representative

It's imperative we operate a safe and clean facility. All team members are responsible for ensuring a consistent customer experience through direct interaction with our customers. Through this important work, team members impact customer satisfaction, profitability, and the purpose of our mission.
Part-time and Full-time Front Desk Staff needed. weekdays/evenings/weekends, 15-40+ hrs. per week. No experience necessary - pay based on experience. Advancement opportunities available within the company. Next steps are Zamboni Driver, then into facility management.
Main duties/responsibilities include general facilities cleaning and customer service. During off-season odd jobs to complete.
Work Qualifications:
-be able to work evenings/nights/weekends - weekends are busy March through June and then September to November.
be able to lift 30 lbs
have basic computer skills
have general office experience
have a valid state driver's license
be 18+
be able to pass CORI background check
be punctual and reliable
be courteous and customer orientated

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
