This position will involve using SQL Server 2017 or higher, MongoDB, Business Intelligence Studio, Visual Studio 2022, Angular and ASP.NET to complete the design, coding, and configuration management of Merchant Services applications. In addition, this position will be responsible for unit testing and peer reviews of custom solutions. This position will also be required to lead technical efforts that integrate our custom SOA services/ APIs with micro services using .NET CORE.
Roles and responsibilities include :
Provides technical consultation and support in the development of computer applications and programs.
Analyzes business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign computer solutions.
Develops original and/or complex code or provides coding guidance to less experienced staff.
Leads and/or performs modeling, simulations and analysis efforts.
Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.
Participates in overall systems testing. Leads the migration of applications to production.
Develops new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures and designs user guides.
As an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
Leads projects, including assignment of tasks, and provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years application development and implementation experience
4+ years of .net experience
3+ years of SQL experience
2+ years of .NET micro services experience
2+ year of Agile experience
2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
1+ year of web client side development using Angular
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
BA/BS/BE degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
1+ year of Agile experience
1 + years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI or Angular JS)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience supporting or directing offshore teams
Knowledge and understanding of XML (Extensible Markup Language)
Knowledge and understanding of Entity Framework
Knowledge and understanding of Domain Driven Design
Knowledge and understanding of AppDynamics, Splunk
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: unit, integration, and system testing
Deep understanding of a MicroServices architecture, including professional experience in the design, build, and operations of micro services in a production environment
Experience in designing data persistence system using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (MongoDB)
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and the locations are Charlotte, NC, New Brunswick, NJ and Irving, Texas

North Brunswick, NJ $100,800- $179,200 Annual
