Role Description
As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with Santec's key customers and driving sales growth. You will work collaboratively with various internal teams, including product management, marketing, and service, to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This is a full-time position with more than 30% traveling. Onsite working in Torrance HQ is preferred, but not required; open to working remote.
Qualifications
5+ Years in Kitchen and Bath industry
5+ years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of exceeding goals and managing a team of sales reps
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies based on market research and competitive analysis
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Experience in managing the sales funnel and forecasting revenue and sales
Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments to accomplish shared goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Business Planning and Budgeting skills
Strong understanding of Account Management and Sales principles
Experience managing a team of sales professionals and developing team members
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Flexibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Familiarity with bath and kitchen products industry is a plus
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
