Job Description:
As a QA Manager at logik.io, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You'll lead our QA team, driving excellence in testing processes and methodologies to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product development, and shape the future of our company.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Plan, prioritize, and delegate testing tasks, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of releases.
Define and maintain quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to measure and improve product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential risks, and advocate for quality-driven solutions.
Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing, to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and increase test coverage.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance QA methodologies, tools, and workflows.
Experience Benchmarking and automating performance testing.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a QA leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing QA teams and delivering high-quality software products.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
