Summary of Position :
Understand the customer's problem and troubleshoot it with an optimal and effective solution providing the highest level of customer service. This is an onsite position located at 1993 County Line Road, Warrington, PA. This position will be working 5 days / 7:30am to 4:30 pm.
Essential Functions:
Communicate with customers via email and phone addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Quality and process all orders for on-time delivery of all customer orders.
Keep accurate records and Customer Cards for all accounts.
Order entry for Sales no charges.
Trade Show order entry and management
Retail Subscription order management
Allocate and manage backorders.
Acknowledging and resolving customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dionis Goat Milk Skincare products, ingredients, and benefits to assist customers effectively.
Incoming Calls and voicemails
Qualifications
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED Preferred: Associate Degree
Computer Skills Required: Advanced user of a computer using a computer, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Other qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience where you have done most, or all of the above responsibilities outlined.
Ability to prioritize yourself and stay organized and timely with your daily duties.
Comfortable using computers, MS Office applications and learning new software easily.
