We are currently looking for a highly organized individual to join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor. The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor installs, repairs and maintains our client’s landscapes and irrigation.
What you'd be responsible for… Managing and training production crews.
Scheduling employees.
Recruiting employees and subcontractors through referrals and advertising.
Performing quality control for maintenance jobs.
Inspecting properties weekly.
Meeting with customers regularly to inspect properties.
Managing budgets and labor.
Reporting to owner of company.
What experience we're looking for… Commercial landscape maintenance and construction experience.
Experienced in plant identification.
Irrigation license is a plus.
What skills we're looking for… Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
General knowledge of irrigation systems.
Knowledge of plants.
Knowledge of blueprints, takeoffs and hardscapes a plus.
Other requirements… Clean DMV record.
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
Neat appearance a must.
Must have own vehicle to drive to and from work.
