Job Description:
Responsibilities: Conduct Financial Analysis and Modelling, including: Periodic Company and Business Unit Projections
Analysis of Marketing Spend and Return on Investment
Calculation of Customer Value and Acquisition Costs
Evaluation of Hypothetical and Discreet Scenarios (e.g., Greenfield, Sourcing, Inorganic Opportunities)
Monitoring Liquidity and Covenant Compliance
Managing Corporate and Business Unit SG&A
Create Presentation Materials for Investors and Internal Customers
Consolidate Subsidiary Accounting Data
Provide Operational Support for Marketing, Safety, and Human Capital Initiatives
Co-Administer Treasury, Fleet, and Credit Card platforms
Contribute to Weekly KPI Reporting, Monthly Closing, and Annual Financial Audits
Assist CFO with On-Boarding Acquired Companies and Train Staff
Qualifications: Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and a professional image
Strong working knowledge of financial processes, including consolidation and month-end close
Ability to manage increased workloads during peak times
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
CPA license and experience at a nationally recognized professional services firm are highly desirable
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and, ideally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
Strong experience managing and overseeing reconciliation processes, monthly close, regulatory reporting, and similar functions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization
