What you'd be doing:
* Leading a team of Field Property Claims Adjusters that conduct onsite coverage and damages assessments of personal and commercial lines property losses, to include the writing of detailed and accurate damage estimates.* Building a team that prides itself on a responsive, first class customer experience.* Responsible for team performance management, administration, training, development, and coaching.* Analyzing problematic trends and taking action to avoid recurrence.* Promoting a culture committed to identifying process efficiencies.* Ensuring claims meet or exceed quality and regulatory requirements.* Effectively participating in employee recruitment
We're looking for someone who has:
* 5+ years of property claims field experience with 2+ years in a leadership role* Extensive estimating experience in Mobile Claims/Symbility* Strong organizational, planning, delegation problem-solving and communication skills* Knowledge and experience using major data analytics platforms* Advanced knowledge of construction and repair methodologies* Holds or meets requirements for licensing* Ability to travel frequently, conduct ride-alongs and field inspections
Highly preferred candidates also have:
* Catastrophe claim handling, leadership, or coordination experience* Strong process development and analytical skills* Vendor management experience* Bachelor's degree* Professional designations
