In this role you'll mentor 10-15 Customer Service Experience Representatives, having a solid game plan each day as to how we can deliver world class customer service to our wholesale customers. You'll oversee the entire customer experience process, ensuring product availabilty, entering orders as needed, assisting wholesale customers with new and innovative ideas on how to increase their business with our plant products.
