You:
We are looking for an Account Executive to help us expand into new clients and new logos. A high-energy, services sales professional who will identify services opportunities in a greenfield territory. You are expected to generate net new business as well as maintain and grow relationships using your own industry relationships and influence. You will be responsible for closing new bookings.
Your Day:
Drive the Focused Labs value proposition into new prospects
Consult with VP, SVP and C-level executives to develop an entry point and expansion plan to maximize the value delivered by Focused Labs
Meet with prospects at industry events and conferences
Collaborate with Marketing and the Sales Development team to drive marketing campaigns for new logo acquisition
Forecast revenues in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in the preparation of pre-work, scoping and contracts for Focused Labs engagements
Build and present sales proposals to win new business
Target, develop, and maintain key buyer/influencer relationships
Collaborate with members from the delivery organization to drive joint sales activity
Drive the development of our account strategy and sales activity in partnership with the delivery organization
Desired Skills / Experiences:
Willingness to travel to meet with prospects for meetings, kick-offs, and conferences
C-Level and VP level relationships at key customer contacts
Self-starter with experience of working in a nimble, start-up like environment
Experience with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Hubspot, Google Suite, and others
Experience using a consultative or advisory based sales approach
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Application Lifecycle Development Processes
First-hand experience selling software development consultants
Ability to assess and disqualify customers/opportunities based on fit and under minimum guidance
We believe employees should be paid fairly and equitably. Salary ranges may vary depending on your previous experience. The Denver salary range includes base salary plus commissions for this role is: $120,000 - 225,000. The role will come with a multi-tiered, uncapped commission plan.
