Overview
2020 Companies is hiring a remote full-time Data Analyst for our Quality Audit Team!
The Quality Audit Team is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and analyzing key performance initiatives (KPIs) and responsible for reporting, data collection, survey setup, and other adhoc requests.
The analyst will leverage business and market relevant information to make data-driven decisions that allow the client team to achieve its goals and team objectives. The analyst will play a key role in evolving and growing the data-driven discipline within our team and contribute to our program success.

Job Description
Collect, inspect, cleanse, transform, model and diagram of complex data sets
Daily use of various business intelligence and analytical software tools
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations to the team
Design specific research methods such as questionnaires and market testing
Generate reports to per process for number of recordings and audio issues observed during evaluations
Provide accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries and general correspondence
Remain proactive in anticipating problems and work to resolve them quickly
Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Services, Geography or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
2-3+ years of relevant professional experience
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and V-lookup
Strong knowledge of 3PL retail operating systems
Intermediate knowledge of data cleansing and data visualization using systems such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience creating reports in Salesforce or similar softwares
Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to disseminate insight from large datasets
Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills; paying close attention to detail
